Baked smoked pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of smoked pork
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 pack of herbs (8 herbs, frozen)
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • Cheese, for gratinating
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make fried potatoes from the potatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix half of the herbs with the sour cream. Mix the other half with the crème fraîche. Place the smoked pork slices on a baking sheet. Spread each slice with the sour cream and herb mixture. Place the fried potatoes on top. Spread the crème fraîche and herb mixture on the potatoes. Finally, sprinkle with cheese (more or less, depending on your taste). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. You can serve a salad as a side dish (depending on the season and your mood). We always serve it with a dark sauce.
