Pork fillet in cheese sauce with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg pork fillet(s)
  • 600 ml cream
  • 400 g herb cheese spread
  • 250g Gorgonzola
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Heat the cream with the herb cheese and Gorgonzola in a saucepan. Cut the pork fillet into 3 cm thick slices and arrange them in a baking dish. Then pour the cheese sauce over the pork and bake the dish at 200 °C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the Brussels sprouts as usual and serve as a side dish.
