Buffalo worm muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 85 g spelt flour
  • 10 g buffalo worms, dried
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil, dark
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g yogurt
  • n. B. Oil for the mold
  • e.g. grasshoppers, dried, as decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients and pour the batter into a muffin tin. Place a grasshopper into each batter. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Makes 6 muffins.
