Hidden raspberries

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 bottles of Cremefine for whipping
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt, each 500 g
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g raspberries, frozen
  • brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Whip the Cremefine with the vanilla sugar. Then fold in the natural yogurt. Fill the dessert glasses with the frozen raspberries (4-7, depending on the size of the glass), pour the cream and yogurt mixture over them, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. It’s delicious, not sweet, but the brown sugar gives it a little kick.
