Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • 3 tbsp chili powder, Korean
  • 1 half Nashi pear(s), chopped
  • 1 half onion(s), chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Recipe from Korea, very spicy!

Cut the chicken into pieces and mix in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of sake, and a pinch of pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Mix the chili powder with the nashi, onion, garlic, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, mustard, and sesame oil, and puree everything. Brown the chicken in a wok, remove it from the pan, and mix it with the puree. Add a little olive oil to the pan and stir-fry the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Serve with rice.
