Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g pork
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 onions
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 bell peppers, green and red
- 4 tomatoes
- 750 ml meat broth
- 250 g rice (long grain rice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the diced meat until lightly browned. Then add the quartered onions and the spices. Continue frying for 10 minutes, then add the tomato paste, the sliced bell peppers, the quartered tomatoes, and the stock. Add the rice and cook over low heat until cooked through (approx. 20 to 25 minutes). Add a little more stock if the consistency becomes too thick.
