Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s), approx. 300 g, peeled and finely sliced
- 500 g yogurt
- 7 garlic cloves, finely chopped or crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 10 walnuts, chopped or grated
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
- Salt
- 2 cups water

Blend the yogurt thoroughly with a blender. Add the garlic cloves, walnuts, cucumber, and olive oil. Season with salt. Mix everything well and thin with 2 cups of water. Sprinkle the tarator with finely chopped dill and serve well chilled.
