Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp bulgur
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Baby food

Pour 70 ml of boiling water over the bulgur. Rinse the raisins and fold them in. Cover and let them swell with the bulgur for about 15 minutes. Peel the banana, roughly chop it, and puree it. Fold it into the bulgur along with the butter. Peel the tangerine, scoop out the flesh, chop it into small pieces, and add it to the bulgur mixture.
