Vegetarian: Forest Mushroom Sauce with Roasted Bulgur

The perfect vegetarian: forest mushroom sauce with roasted bulgur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small cup Bulgur
  • 2 small cups Water
  • Clear vegetable broth, powdered
  • Remaining alpine herb cream sauce from yesterday
  • 1 large handful Forest mushrooms
  1. Roast the bulgur in a saucepan until it turns brown. Then pour in the water and add the broth to taste. Ferment.
  2. Warm up a leftover sauce from the day before and bring to the boil with a large handful of wild mushrooms. Tastes great!
  3. When the cooking time is over, arrange everything together on a large plate. Is wonderfully quick and you don’t need to throw away any sauce! Have fun recycling leftovers!
