- 1 small cup Bulgur
- 2 small cups Water
- Clear vegetable broth, powdered
- Remaining alpine herb cream sauce from yesterday
- 1 large handful Forest mushrooms
- Roast the bulgur in a saucepan until it turns brown. Then pour in the water and add the broth to taste. Ferment.
- Warm up a leftover sauce from the day before and bring to the boil with a large handful of wild mushrooms. Tastes great!
- When the cooking time is over, arrange everything together on a large plate. Is wonderfully quick and you don’t need to throw away any sauce! Have fun recycling leftovers!
