Bulgur salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 dl bulgur
  • 6 dl water
  • Salt
  • possibly pepper
  • 1 bowl of cocktail tomatoes or
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • ½ bunch coriander, fresh
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the water to a boil with a little salt and then add the bulgur. Simmer over low heat for about 12 minutes. Remove from the heat. In the meantime, chop the garlic and slice the spring onions. Quarter the tomatoes. Finely chop the cilantro with scissors. Squeeze the lemon. Place everything in a bowl and add the bulgur. Can be eaten hot or cold. Goes well with grilled food or skewers.
