Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 small celeriac, 1/3 of it
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 200 g bamboo shoots
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the carrots, celery, and bell peppers and cut them into small, thin sticks. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the vegetables. Add the bamboo shoots and sauté briefly. Peel the mushrooms, quarter them along with the stems, and add them to the pan. Briefly sauté. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. The salad is delicious hot or cold. Serve with baguette.
