Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 steak(s) (minute steaks) of pork
- salt and pepper
- some flour
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- ½ stalk(s) leek
- 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Paprika powder
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with fruity tomato sauce
Wash the steaks and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and coat in flour. Cut the leek into 2 cm thick pieces, wash thoroughly and drain. Finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan and sear the steaks well on both sides, then remove from the pan. Now fry the diced onion, leek and herbs in the pan and deglaze with the chopped tomatoes. Season with sugar, salt, pepper and paprika and add the crème fraîche (do not let it boil!). Transfer to a baking dish, place the steaks on top and arrange the sliced mozzarella on top of the schnitzels. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C. Serve with pasta or baguette.
