Baked feta cheese with tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • ¼ bunch basil
  • ¼ bunch oregano
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 45 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 slice(s) toast bread (whole grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the garlic cloves and onion, slice the tomatoes into wedges, and finely chop the herbs. Grease a small casserole dish with oil. Distribute the diced garlic and onion in it, top with the tomatoes, sprinkle with the herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (Gas Mark 3) for about 10 minutes and serve with toasted bread.
