Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 some powdered sugar
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the quark with sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and milk, then add the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly. Scoop balls with a teaspoon and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and then dust with powdered sugar.
