Bundt Cake with Nectarines

- 180 g Soft butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 150 Milliliters Milk 3.8
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 drops Bitter almond flavor
- 4 Free range eggs
- 250 g Curd cheese 20%
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 3 Fresh nectarines
- Powdered sugar
- In a mixing bowl, stir the softened butter until smooth. Now stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the salt and the bitter almond flavor and stir in. Gradually stir in the eggs. Stir in the quark and lemon juice.
- Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in two portions. Finally add the milk and stir in. Wash the nectarines, cut in half and remove the core. Cut the nectarine halves into pieces, add to the batter and fold in. Pour the dough into the prepared Gugelhupf tin and smooth it out.
- Now place the cake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and bake for about 55-60 minutes. (Chopsticks sample) Take the cake out of the oven after the baking time and let it cool down in the tin. Sprinkle the bundt cake with powdered sugar before serving.
