Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g flour
  • 1 pack of yeast
  • 75 g butter
  • 337 ml water
  • 187 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 ¾ tbsp sugar
  • 1 handful of sesame seeds
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Combine the flour with the yeast. Add the water, milk, and butter to the flour and knead with a dough hook. Form into balls of the desired size (approx. 8 large ones), then flatten and let rise. After 2 hours, brush with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 12-15 minutes.
