Low carb, served on salad without bun

Season the ground beef and form two patties. Fry them to the desired doneness, then melt the cheese on top. Using a food ring, fry and season the fried eggs. This will create a round shape. Arrange a fried egg, the meat patty, ketchup and mustard, the vegetables, and another fried egg on top of the salad nest. Very moist and delicious. The salad can be dressed with your favorite dressing, if desired.
