looks great and tastes great even cold, makes about 48 burgers

You will need 48 wooden skewers. Cut the Leberkäse into approximately 12 small squares per slice. Fry the pieces in a little hot oil and set aside. Cut the thawed frozen pretzel sticks into small pieces. Sprinkle the pieces with seeds, cheese, or salt as desired. Then bake the pieces according to the package instructions and let them cool. Cut the pretzel confectionery in half and spread with mustard. Place a piece of Leberkäse on each slice and skewer the Bayern Burger with a wooden skewer. These burgers are great for receptions and parties. They also taste great as a “Weißwurst and sweet mustard” or “Nürnberger Rostbratwurst with mustard” version. The remaining pretzel pieces can be served as pretzel confectionery.
