Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 300 g berries, of your choice
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder
- Butter, for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Quickly knead the flour, butter, sugar, salt, and 1 egg into a dough. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for about an hour. Grease 6 tartlet cases (approx. 12 cm in diameter) with butter and line with the dough. Prick the bases several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 180°C for about 15 minutes and allow to cool. Wash the berries thoroughly and drain. Whisk the 3 eggs with the cream, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and vanilla pudding powder. Spread the berries on the tartlet cases, pour the glaze over them, and bake for about 30 minutes at 160°C on the middle rack. Carefully remove the tartlets from the cases.
