Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch of smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-carb

Finely chop, grate, or press the garlic clove through a garlic press. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
