Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 ml olive oil
- 75 g pecans
- 40 g basil, frozen
- 30 g Parmesan, grated
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients, except the feta, in a blender and blend using an immersion blender. Then crumble in the feta and stir in. No salt is necessary, as the two cheeses provide enough salt. The pesto tastes great on baguette or low-carb bread.
