looks great and tastes good even cold

You will need 50 wooden skewers. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form it into small meatballs. You can season the minced meat to your own taste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs one at a time. Finally, melt the cheese in small squares on the meatballs. If you want to serve the burger skewers cold, the meat should be cooked through. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and slice the gherkins. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces. Now skewer them one after the other: half a cocktail tomato, the gherkin slice, the lettuce leaf, and finally the meatball with the melted cheese on top. This way you can place the burger skewers on the minced meat. It is very popular at receptions and barbecues.
