simple, quick and hearty

Finely dice the onion, garlic, and chili. Dice the cheese. Mix the ingredients with the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the burger patty for 7-10 minutes, depending on its thickness. While the patty is cooking, fill a pot with water and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil and then turn off the heat. Create a whirlpool with a spoon and place the egg in the center. After about 5 minutes, the egg is done. Briefly place the bun, inside out, in the pan until it is golden brown. Spread the BBQ sauce on the bun. Top with a lettuce leaf, burger patty, and egg. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Tip: If you like, you can also refine the burger with chives.
