Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ham, raw
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 250 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the ham into small cubes. Crumble the yeast. Combine the flour and all the other ingredients in a bowl (the dough doesn’t need to rise) and pour into an ungreased Bundt pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
