Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bratwurst
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cl alcohol, e.g. cognac, cherry brandy, Escorial green
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toss the sausages in milk and fry slowly in oil over moderate heat until browned. Place in a hot flambé pan with melted butter and toss. Pour over the warmed alcohol (over 50%), light it, and serve while still burning.
