Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- ½ half zucchini, small
- 1 tomato(s)
- 4 slices of ham (any type)
- some rosemary, fresh, finely chopped
- 3 leaves of fresh basil, finely chopped
- Rosemary, ground
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Scrambled eggs with rosemary and tomatoes
Dice the ham and fry in a little oil in a hot pan. Meanwhile, finely chop the zucchini and tomato and add them to the pan along with the beaten eggs. Add the rosemary and basil and stir-fry until the egg is slightly set. Remove from the pan and season with salt, pepper, and ground rosemary. Delicious with pasta.
