simple and delicious
Preheat a pan and add a little oil. Then add the minced meat and fry. Meanwhile, chop the other ingredients (peppers, onions, garlic, and leeks). Add them and fry with the minced meat, stirring occasionally. When the minced meat is cooked, add the rinsed beans (you can use corn if you don’t like them), tomato paste, chili, and curry. Continue frying everything for a moment and then deglaze with the cream. Then mix this well with the minced meat and tomato paste. Then let the mixture simmer over low heat for a while. During this time, slice the feta cheese (or crumble it – it’s a matter of taste) and heat the wraps or durum in the microwave for a few seconds. Then place one on a plate and place some lamb’s lettuce in the center, followed by some feta cheese. It’s best to leave about 5 cm free on one side. Now turn off the heat and season the sauce with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin. Then, using a teaspoon, spoon some of this mixture onto the feta cheese. Fold the remaining space inward and fold the left and right sides over to create a manageable burrito. Tip: If you prefer a smaller burrito, you can simply leave space on both sides and then cut the burritos in half.
