High Protein Frozen Wraps

First, peel the potatoes and cut them into approximately 1 cm cubes. Place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil (or other oils will work) and the seasonings. Then place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Meanwhile, dice the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with oil. Then add the ground beef. Then add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and season with more seasoning if desired. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and top with sour cream to taste. Fry over medium heat as an omelet or scramble. Once everything is prepared, spread the ground beef, potatoes, and eggs on the wraps and top with your choice of sauce. For immediate consumption, I recommend frying the wraps first. Otherwise, wrap them in aluminum foil and freeze. Then simply remove them from the freezer, fry on both sides, or defrost in the microwave. Per serving: approximately 541 kcal
