Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice and grated zest
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 250 ml milk
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat eggs until frothy, then add sugar. Add lemon juice and zest. Melt butter and stir in. Add flour, cornstarch, and milk. Bake in a waffle iron. Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
