Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack flavoring (Citroback) or grated unsprayed lemon peel
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

makes about 45 pieces

Knead the ingredients up to the butter into a shortcrust pastry, then wrap it tightly and chill for 30 minutes. Then roll it out to the thickness of a knife’s back. Cut out various shapes, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 8-10 minutes until light golden. If you like, you can make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice and decorate the cookies with it.
