Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 spring onion(s), cut into rolls
  • ½ onion(s), red, cut into quarter rings
  • 3 tomatoes, dried, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • some pepper, colorful
  • n. B. flowers, edible, colorful, dried
  • some lemon zest
  • n. B. herbs, dried
  • e.g. garlic, very finely diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread a nice wooden board with room-temperature butter, decorate with beautiful waves, then sprinkle with sea salt flakes, lemon zest, herbs, garlic, vegetables, dried tomatoes, and colorful flowers. Serve with a few slices of bread, and enjoy the delicious butter with the bread in a convivial atmosphere. Other possible toppings for the butter boards include: – Diced ham – Goat cheese, walnuts, soft figs or fresh – Mexican with corn, salsa, and ground pork – Sweet with honey and nuts – Anything you like
