Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar, brown or white
  • 1 cup of milk, approx. 250 ml
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Inspired by Harry Potter’s Butterbeer

Melt the butter and sugar together and caramelize until light brown. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and heat while stirring until the caramel has dissolved.
