  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 340 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in until a crumbly dough forms. Form small balls and place them not too close together on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly, using a fork if necessary. Bake in a preheated oven (convection or conventional) at 180°C until golden brown.
