Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a mixer. Chill the dough for 30 minutes, then roll out to about 1/2 cm thick and cut out cookies. Brush with egg yolk and bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) fan-assisted oven.
