- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- nutmeg
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Soup garnish
Combine all ingredients, season with nutmeg and salt. If the dough is too soft, add more breadcrumbs. Form into dumplings and let them simmer in the hot soup for 10 minutes.
