Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 200 g cheese, grated Emmental
- 2 tsp, heaped salt
- 400 ml water, warm
- 1 tsp, heaped sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast

very easy and quick
Combine 500g flour, 200g grated Emmental cheese, and 2 teaspoons of salt in a large bowl. Then add 400ml warm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 packet of dried yeast. Mix well until a smooth dough forms. Drop portions onto a greased baking sheet with a wet spoon and sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese. Bake at approximately 200°C for about 15 minutes. Tip: This also works wonderfully with fresh yeast!
