Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 potatoes, mostly waxy
- 50 ml cream
- some milk
- 1 tsp butter
- n. B. Nutmeg
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
very tasty with meat and vegetables without its own sauce
Wash and peel the potatoes, and slice them fairly thinly. Place them in a saucepan, season lightly with salt, add the cream, and just cover with milk. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat until cooked through. Gently shake the pan occasionally to prevent sticking. Season to taste and stir in the butter.
