super fast, super easy, super delicious

Dice the salami and peel the garlic. Clean and slice the bell peppers. Heat a non-stick pan and fry the salami without adding any fat. Once the salami is cooked, remove it with a slotted spoon. Quarter the garlic and fry in the hot fat. Then add the bell peppers and sauté for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat. In the meantime, bring the salted water to a boil and cook the penne until al dente, then drain. When the penne is ready, turn the heat back on, add the salami pieces to the vegetables and stir in the crème fraîche. Season with pepper (salt only if needed). Bring everything to a boil, add the penne, stir briefly, and immediately plate and serve. Perhaps serve with a green salad.
