Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g palm fat
  • 150 g margarine
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Cream the butter until creamy. Melt the Palmin and add it to the butter along with the powdered sugar. Let the mixture cool. Bring the milk, vanilla pudding, and sugar to a boil and stir in a cold water bath until cold. Add the pudding to the butter, spoonful by spoonful, and fold in with a mixer.
