Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 62 ½ g coconut oil
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Basic recipe is enough for one cake
Instructions: Cook a vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and add the coconut oil. Transfer to a bowl and cover with cling film to prevent a skin from forming. Let the pudding cool. Cream the butter; the butter and pudding should be the same temperature. Now add the pudding to the creamed butter, spoonful by spoonful.
