Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base, cut twice
  • 5 sachets of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 ½ liters of milk
  • 15 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of butter, room temperature
  • 3 can/n mandarin oranges, drained
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the pudding mix with the sugar and a little milk, bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then stir in the pudding-sugar milk to make a pudding. Leave to stand overnight. Pour the cold pudding into a large bowl and mix with the cut butter until creamy. Place the first cake layer on a cake plate. Spread with a little pudding cream and arrange the mandarins in a circle on the layer. Cover with pudding cream and place the second layer on top. Repeat the process but leave out the mandarins. Place the third layer on top and spread the rest of the cream on top. If desired, place a wreath of mandarins around the edge and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles to suit the occasion.
