Buttercream for fruit bases

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g powdered sugar, sifted
  • 100 g butter, soft

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl. The butter should be very soft. Mix the two together until the butter and powdered sugar are well combined. Spread it onto a fruit base with a spatula. This prevents the fruit from soaking into the cake base. Chill and top as desired.
