Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g asparagus, green
- 1 package of Serrano ham
- Black olives (real, possibly dried)
- herb butter
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Balsamic cream
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 baguette(s) or ciabatta
- Sea salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Simple and very tasty!
Generously trim off the woody bottom part of the asparagus and fry it in a pan with butter over medium heat until lightly browned. Then spread the sugar evenly over the asparagus and let it caramelize. When the asparagus is almost done, briefly fry a few baguette slices in the frying fat and then spread them with herb butter. Thread black olives, each with a small piece of Serrano ham, onto a toothpick and place in the still-warm pan. Crumble the feta cheese over everything and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Season with pepper and sea salt.
