Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 bag of yeast (yeast dough garant)
  • 350 ml buttermilk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Combine the flour with the package of Garant yeast dough, add salt, a pinch of sugar, and the egg. Knead in the buttermilk (it doesn’t have to be room temperature; it can also be from the refrigerator). Pour the mixture into a bread pan and let it rise for 15 minutes. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes. Turn out of the pan and enjoy. If you like, you can also add seeds to taste.
