Buttermilk bread in the UltraPlus

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • ½ cup onion(s), roasted
  • ¾ cube of yeast
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • some bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Let the yeast rise along with the flour, salt, and sugar. Then stir in all the remaining ingredients. Pour everything into the UltraPlus and place it in a cold oven. Set the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Once the temperature is reached, reduce the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). The bread should bake for a total of 50-60 minutes.
