Buttermilk Bundt Cake All-in-One Dough

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 250 ml oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • Fat and flour for the mold
  • e.g. powdered sugar or chocolate icing

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

quick to make and nice and juicy

Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Combine all ingredients in a deep mixing bowl (the order doesn’t matter). Mix with the whisk attachment of an electric stand mixer for about 1 minute. Pour the batter into the pan, place in the oven, and bake for 90 minutes. After 60 minutes, cover the cake with aluminum foil and finish baking. Remove the cake from the oven and let it stand in the pan for another 10 minutes. Then turn it out onto a wire rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate glaze.
