  • 300 g buttermilk
  • 100 g almond(s), chopped
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, and buttermilk in a batter and spread it on a baking sheet. Mix the sliced ​​almonds and sugar and sprinkle it over the batter. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Bring the butter and cream together to a boil and pour over the hot cake.
