Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 400 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 300 g buttermilk
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- 50 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, and buttermilk in a batter and spread it on a baking sheet. Mix the sliced almonds and sugar and sprinkle it over the batter. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Bring the butter and cream together to a boil and pour over the hot cake.
