Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 cups flour
- 100 g butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 150 g almond(s) (almond leaves)
- Grease for the tray

Cup recipe
Whisk together sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar, flour, and buttermilk to form a smooth batter. Pour the batter onto a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. During this time, lightly toast the butter, 3/4 cup of sugar, and flaked almonds in a nonstick pan. Spread everything over the cake and bake for another 10 minutes.
