Quick warm pasta salad Daggi style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • e.g. tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp instant broth
  • 250 g pasta (fusilli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the pasta al dente according to the package instructions. If desired, combine the mayonnaise with the tomato ketchup and broth. Cut the sausage into small pieces and stir into the mayonnaise-ketchup mixture. Do not rinse the boiled pasta with cold water (otherwise the dish will immediately become too cold), but simply drain it and stir it into the mayonnaise-ketchup mixture. Serve immediately.
