Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 180 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 150 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), some grated peel

For the pastry, mix the butter, sugar, egg, flour, and baking powder well to form a dough. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan and spread evenly. For the quark mixture, mix together the butter, eggs, sugar, quark, pudding powder, vanilla sugar, and a little grated lemon zest. Finally, stir in 1/2 liter of buttermilk. Pour everything into the springform pan. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 1 hour.
